The Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin, sits to address the controversy surrounding which caucus occupies the Majority and Minority seats.
The NDC MPs are already seated in the Majority seats as proceedings get underway, while the NPP MPs are yet to take their seats in parliament following their earlier staged walkout.
