The case of the Minority Leader, Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson, who has been accused of causing financial loss to the state in the procurement of 200 ambulances when he was Deputy Finance Minister, continues today, Monday, July 29, 2024.

Earlier, the state prosecutor, led by Attorney General, Godfred Dame, cross-examined the third accused in the case, businessman Richard Jakpa.

Today, the lawyer for Richard Jakpa is cross-examining the Chief of Defence Staff, Lieutenant General Thomas Oppong-Peprah.
