The Court this week threw out an application seeking to put an injunction on the Law School examination conducted by the General Legal Council. Their application was based on the Supreme Court's earlier ruling that the Law School exams and interview organised by the GLC is unconstitutional. The Court threw out their application stating that they had nothing to lose.
