The Member of Parliament-elect for the Krachi East Constituency in the Oti Region, Nelson Kofi Djabab, has assured the people of the area that the Mahama-led administration will not let them down.
His statement follows a recent visit to The Church of Pentecost, Dambai Lakeside District, and K.K.C. Gadzepko Memorial Temple, where he expressed his gratitude to the people as part of his "Thank You Tour" across the constituency.
According to Djabab, the victory of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) represents a new beginning that will help alleviate the struggles of the people in Krachi East and the broader Oti Region.
Speaking to Accra FM's political news desk correspondent, Samuel Kofi Payitey, Djabab emphasized his commitment to ensuring that the Mahama administration meets the needs of Krachi East Constituency.
He also promised that the people would not be disappointed.
He encouraged constituents to reach out with their concerns, assuring them he would work tirelessly to advocate for development in the region.
Abdul Rahman Sulemana, the Chairman of the Krachi East Constituency of the National Democratic Congress, also assured constituents that they could look forward to significant development after January 7, 2025—the day on which President-elect John Mahama will be sworn into office, leading a new NDC administration.
