Dr Lawrence Adusei, a pathologist at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital, has presented the autopsy report of the late Major Adam Mahama to the Accra District Court
He handed the document to the court on Thursday, November 23, after the court summoned him to produce it for the Attorney General to start the committal process.
The court has therefore ordered the registry to serve the prosecutor and onward transfer to the AG, Accra FM’s Court correspondent Ama Brako Ampofo reported.
About 22 people are standing trial for the murder of Major Adam Mahama.
Captain Mahama was lynched by irate youth of Denkyira-Obuasi, now known as New Obuasi in the Central Region on Monday, May 29 on suspicion that he was an armed robber, after a group of people he asked for directions from spotted a gun on him.
