Nelson Mandela’s Demise Should Serve As A Lesson To Abolish Lucifer Patterns Of Politics In Ghana & Africa-VODEC
Our values should be integrity, credibility and trust. Government is entrusted with public funds and resources and must adhere to the ethical standards of honesty, integrity and objectivity. Good intentions and ethical behavior are not sufficient to ensure public accountability but a combination of professionalism, personal standards and rigorous control framework.
Accountability and stewardship are some elements of values. Stewardship brings probity, and accountability is the quickest way to manipulate the implementation of policies and plans for effective management, aids good governance in public sector, disallowed political instability in a country.
Good governance discourages embezzlement and increase standard of living. We should appreciate the potency of accountability for development; realize the need to be accountable for public office, trust and transparency by recognizing when to utilize professional’s services and advice to achieve accountability. Good governance requires fair frameworks that are enforced impartially and requires full protection of human rights, particularly by those of minorities. Impartial enforcement requires an independent incorruptible force.
Voice Of Developing Communities (VODEC), a research non-governmental organization wants to appeal to leaders in authority to help protect the state coffers from being looted by some selfish greedy parochial interest people who don't want the forward movement of Ghana. We should think about the benefit of the poor and the ordinary Ghanaian in need especially persons with disability.
There is the need to promote national cohesion rather than promoting illegality. We should promote leadership development not only using leadership concept but also as an academic discipline in a bid to empower the youth of the country in general to get something doing to earn a living.
We need to transform apprenticeship and other job training programmes to enable the youth acquire relevant skills for self employment and reduce unemployment among the youth through series of integrated intervention.
Ghana needs an awakening for patriotism and a sense of volunteerism. We should instill discipline, patriotism and eschewing corruption, bribery and selfishness. The call for patriotic leaders is necessary, by us expecting the riches of freedom and security of justice for all people. Our country needs to be lifted from the quick sand of injustice and the thaws of poverty to the solid rock of brotherhood.
Ghana is now practicing the Lucifer patterns of Politics. Constructive politics brings good hope and release people from depression and oppression and creates the strong hold for building a great nation with collective ideas of the people. Peace and love should be our main motive.
Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah transformed apprenticeship and other job training programmes which enabled the youth acquire relevant skills for self employment and reduce unemployment among the youth through books, pens and series of integrated intervention, but not disunity.

Partisan politics will not make true decisions to follow a true leader but by been deceived of social amenities such as food and clothing. Conduct of some leaders of Ghana who use the youth t to achieve their selfish ambition must stop.

The task of our age should be the task of thinking. If the statement that thoughts are things is true, then we must realize that the things going on in Ghana are but the reflection of thought, let us change our thinking about Ghana and Ghana will change for us by changing from superstitious thinking to a culture of scientific thinking, from tradition for its own sake to tradition based on technology.
Ghanaians new future needs to be created; it will not happen by coincidence. We must write our future anew based on a new spirit of creativity, productivity and pragmatism in order to pull our country out of the thaws of poverty and the pain of despair.
