Methodist Pedophile Revealed

The headmistress of the Calvary Methodist Educational Complex at Adjringanor-East Legon, in Accra, Grace Dadson, who is believed to have aided the school’s administrator, Jacob Osei Owusu, to escape arrest after sexually abusing some of the female students, is now co-operating with the Madina Police, after her initial reluctance.

In this regard, she has now released the administrator’s photograph to the police to help smoke him from his hideout. Mrs. Grace Dadson had been reluctant in providing information to the police, including allegedly removing pictures of Mr. Owusu from the school album, when the sex scandal broke out.

Indeed, she refused to report the incident to the police until ex-Director General of Ghana Education Service, Rev. Ama Afo Blay, who has supervisory role over the school, did.

The Madina Police are now treating Mrs. Dadson, as accomplice to the defilements, and has since taken a caution statement from her. There are also suspicions that some teachers are in contact with Mr. Owusu, and are, therefore, frustrating the investigations.

Meanwhile, the Madina police last Thursday mounted a manhunt at Adawso in the Eastern Region, where the pedophile Owusu was believed to be hiding in the bosom of his 82-year-old uncle, but the 66-year-old man was nowhere to be found. His uncle was subsequently summoned to Accra, and was also made to write a statement.

The Herald has gathered that the search lens have now been turned on Tarkwa, in the Western Region. He is also being sought for in Ashanti and the Greater Accra Regions.

Mr. Owusu, apparently, might have been defiling students of the Calvary Methodist Preparatory and Vocational School since he joined it (school) in 2005.

His modus operandi was to invite girls to his office and that of the headmistress, under the pretext of sending them on errands, and for an hour or two, the girls would disappear from among their colleagues.

Statements submitted to the school authorities by four students aged between 13 and 15 revealed how Mr. Owusu used substances suspected to be aphrodisiacs to lace drinks he offered them after sending them on an errand.

He undresses the little girls in his office, sucks their breasts, after which he forcefully tries to insert he penis into the vaginas of the minors from behind.

The Herald is informed that although the school authorities were aware of the reports of Mr. Owusu’s sexual molestations, they did nothing to stop it.

On April 13, 2011, a day before the school went on Easter and the second-term holidays, Mr. Owusu’s cup became full when he was found locked up with a student girl in his office during class hours. The girl revealed Owusu’s sexual perversion, leading to the discovery of other victims.

The four girls, who had been abused by Mr. Owusu, were made to write statements on the ordeal they went through at the hands of the pedophile.

Accosted by the supervisor of the school, Reverend Afo Ama Blay and other teachers, Mr. Owusu admitted having sexually abused two girls out of the four.

Consequently, he went down on his knees, pleaded for forgiveness, and blamed the devil as the cause of it all.
