Deputy Health Minister and Member of Parliament for the Weija-Gbawe constituency, Tina Mensah has donated bags of cement to support an on-going drainage project in the constituency.
The items which was presented by Patrick Kumor on behalf of the Minster is to help solve the standing issues of poor roads and lack of drains.
According to Patrick Kumor, the lack of drains in the community cause a vast portion of the community to be submerged in water each time it rains, raising the need for the construction of drains to reduce flooding in the community.
The Member of Parliament added that she is keen in supporting her community with zeal and passion, by so doing her constituency will enjoy equitable distribution of resources as well as development in the constituency.
