General Overseer of the Perez Chapel International, Bishop Charles Agyinasare has revealed that his ministry began under very humble circumstances; under a tree with just a handful of persons who helped grow the ministry.
Expressing gratitude and excitement about the rapid growth of his teaching and miracle ministry since its birth, the renowned minister indicated that things were not at all as ‘great’ as it appears today when his calling began manifesting.
Speaking at the launch of his 35th anniversary in the ministry of God Tuesday January 2, Bishop Agyinasare explained how himself and a number of persons had to meet several times under trees to fellowship in the Northern Region when he started ministry, describing it a miracle the fact that the church through the blessing and grace of God has matured and is blessing the lives of many, not only in Ghana but worldwide.
“One of the greatest miracles which is visible for all to see and should even make the unbeliever believe in the power of God is the growth of Perez Chapel International which at a point in its birth in Tamale was under a tree.”
The ‘Festival of Miracles’ as it is dubbed, is to celebrate the goodness of the Lord in flourishing the Perez ministry and working through him to affect several lives across the globe.
“Today, in fulfillment of the pastoral calling upon my life, this worship center has grown to the extent that it is now the biggest worship center in this part of the world; Perez Dome which can accommodate over 14,000 people at a time. Over 500 local branches in Ghana, 64 of those in Accra alone and branches in 60 nations across the world, it has the Perez University College, has a television station and keeps growing from strength to strength”, he said.
Bishop Agyinasare mentioned that through his ministry, he has reached to heads of other countries through his counselling, countries including Ghana, Togo, Ivory Coast, Sierra Leone, Burundi etc., and helped to steer many of these nations unto a godly path.
As part of activities to mark the anniversary, the Bishop will be holding a miracle, healing and deliverance service where several troubled and sick persons are expected to receive their healing.
