President-elect John Dramani Mahama, in his New Year’s message to Ghanaians, reiterated his commitment to deliver on his promises.
In a statement, the incoming president emphasized that his administration remains committed to implementing the 24-hour economy policy.
Mahama also highlighted that the policy would expand job opportunities and transform Ghana into an export-driven economy.
The 24-hour Economy will be a deliberate policy intervention by the incoming Mahama government to encourage and support certain businesses and companies to operate 24/7, preferably in a three-shift system of 8 hours each, by creating an enabling environment that promotes productivity, competitiveness and well-paying jobs.
