Our attention has been drawn to a publication on Ghanaweb yesterday, signed my Messrs Kofi Sordzi and Fred Tay declaring the upcoming NDC-Canada congress in Montreal illegal, null and void.

We wish to inform your outfit that, the 1st Biennial Congress scheduled for Saturday, August 22, 2009 at the *Days Inn Hotel and Conference Center - Montreal Airport, 4545 Cote-Vertu Blvd West, Montreal QC H4S 1C8 Canada *remains unchanged.

The publication was a calculated attempt by these individuals to disrupt the function. But it has failed.
