The Hamburg branch of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) in collaboration with other local branches in Germany (Berlin, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Dusseldorf, Achen, Oldenburg and others) wish to congratulate President John Mahama on his assumption of the highest executive office of the country.
On this note, a section of Patriotic Ghanaians living in Germany and beyong, NDC members and sympathizers on the first Sunday (13th January) after the formal inauguration on January 7, 2013, attended various church services to thank God for peaceful, fair and transparent elections and also sought God’s blessings and guidance for their beloved Head of State so that, he would be endowed with divined wisdom and qualities needed in administering the affairs of the country.
In a special communiqué released and signed by the newly elected chairperson of NDC Hamburg, Mr. Joe Buckman thanked all Ghanaian Electorates on behalf of his NDC comrades in Germany, for the confidence and trust they have reposed in President Mahama by voting him to power to continue his good governance.
Mr. Buckman said “After having been sworn in, you (President Mahama) are now the legitimate president of Ghana. We cherish the hope that you will emulate your predecessor (Late President Mills) to promote unity within the party as well as in the entire nation.”
Concerning the all-inclusive government, President Mahama has been reminded to be careful in his selections/nominations. However, the former young and vibrant deputy ministers in the persons of Hon. OkudzetoAblakwa, Hon. Fiifi Kwetey, Hon. Baba Jamal, Mr. Elvis Afriyie-Ankrah, Ms. Dzifa Attivor, Dr. Hannah Bissiw, Owusu Acheampong, Mr.James Agyenim Boaten and the likes whom the opposition nicknamed Team ‘B’, should be reconsidered in the wake of the ongoing ministerial appointments. “These ministers had really performed well and deserved to be appraised”
God bless our Nation Ghana.
Long live President John Mahama
