NDC communications team appeals for support from party hierarchy

A group of individuals calling themselves Members of the Concerned Communicators for the National Democratic Congress have made an appeal to the party rank and file to come to their aid as a matter of urgency.

The group in a statement indicated that they were being hard pressed by their relatives to assist them financially but they were incapable of doing so.

They recounted that their incapability was due to the fact that they had used up all their finances in their position as serial callers for the party to call into radio programs to push the agenda of the party.

Michael Agornugah, who appears to be the convener of the group in a statement indicated unlike their NPP counterparts who are richly resourced to carry out their serial calling duties, their case was different since they were not being ‘supported’ by the party to push their agenda.

He indicated that they were in so much dire need of money that even their spouses were quarreling with them over their irresponsibility.

He also added that some party leaders had looked down on their duties because they thought it was not relevant to the success of the party. He said that they were reaching out to the party to help them out of their misery because they had used up all their monies to buy recharge cards to call in to radio stations to do the party’s bidding.

He finally admonished the BDC party leaders to copy the example of the NPP Communications team and replicate it in NDC.
