The Brong Ahafo Regional Youth Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwame Baffoe Agyei known in political circles as Abronye DC says organizers of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) recently held Unity Walk had to bus people for the event because they were not interested.

He noted that majority of the supporters joined the walk because they were bused, Abronye DC also described the walk as ‘metro mass unity walk’.

“The NDC has been transporting people in Metro Mass Buses (MMT) to partake in their unity walks, they did that in 2016 and are still doing it now…,” he said on NEAT FM’s morning show ‘Ghana Montie’

The NDC over the weekend embarked on a unity walk in the Brong Ahafo Regional town of Techiman.

Media reports indicate that a teeming crowd of NDC members attended the party’s 5th Unity Walk session.

Several party functionaries led by ex-President John Mahama attended the event which has been touted as one of the most successful gatherings of the NDC in recent times.

But Abronye believes the walk was a success because the NDC transported people to the venue.
