Mr Della Edem, a member of the Government’s Communication Team, has appealed to the people of Ashaiman to vote massively for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the coming election.
He called on the youth to campaign vigorously for the party to win in both the presidential and parliamentary elections.
Mr Edem made the appeal when the NDC inaugurated the Ashaiman Youth Working Committee to spearhead the campaign in the area.
He said the Government’s Green Book was in high demand because the people wanted to be well informed of the good works the NDC had done.
He urged the citizenry to retain the Government for it to provide more infrastructure to better the standard of living for the next four years.
Nii Laryea Afotey-Agbo, the Greater Accra Regional Minister, asked Ghanaians to give President John Mahama four more years to continue to transform their living conditions.
Mr Ibrahim Baidoo, the Ashaiman Municipal Chief Executive, said the Government had brought changes in the area which hitherto was faced with sanitation problems, crime and other vices.
He gave the assurance that he would ensure the party achieved the 85,000 votes target.
