I believe that it is because of your honesty that is why your constituents do vote for you all the time. Therefore, you contesting the flagbearer position of the NDC is a good thing. I know that your honesty will make you get crowned as the flagbearer of the NDC”, he noted.

Nana Tendele II, made this observation, Monday, September 24, 2018, when Hon. Bagbin who is aspiring for the flagbearer position of the NDC paid a courtesy call on the Upper Axim Traditional Council to ask for their permission to enable him interact with some NDC members in their locality.

“By that way, we will have a better local governance system where the destiny of the people will be in the hands of the local people”, he noted.

Hon. Bagbin assured the Chiefs that he will make this proposal at the national level of the party to include it in the party’s manifesto for election 2020 to enable whoever wins the flagbearer position of the party and subsequently becomes the President of the Republic, to implement it.

Nana Tendele II continuing made a passionate appeal to the Second Deputy Speaker to do his best to ensure that nananom are not left behind in the local governance system of the country.
