The NDC MP for Avenor and the minority chief whip in Parliament, Mr. Doe Adjaho, has accused the ruling NPP of bribing some NDC members to infiltrate their ranks.
He alleged that the party had evidence that the MPP was offering money to some NDC constituency executives to either create disaffection in the party or defect. He therefore called on the rank and file of the party to unite and fight the cheap propaganda by the NPP. Mr. Adjaho said no matter what the NPP did, it would not affect the fortunes of the NDC in the December elections. He asked the NPP to endeavour to fulfill its pre-election 2000 promises to the citizens before they were kicked out of office in the December elections
