Nana Amampene Boateng Twum II, the Chief of Nyinahin, has lauded the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government for performing excellently in political office.

He stated that the President Nana Akufo-Addo-Bawumia administration has laid a solid foundation for growth, so the NPP should retain power to continue their good works.

Citing his own Nyinahin as a case study to buttress his point, he disclosed that his community has witnessed massive transformation under the NPP government.

According to him, Nyinahin has benefitted from numerous landmark projects since the NPP government assumed the mantle of leadership, so they should be retained in 2024.

“Before the NPP came to power, Nyinahin and its surrounding communities were facing power problems as most of the communities were not connected to electricity.

“But today, because of the good works of the NPP government, our power problems have been solved, and this is a mark of a government that has performed well.

“This government has also built a hospital, stadium, schools, roads and other landmark projects here to help better the lives of the people and we are grateful”, he said.

Nana Boateng Twum II also hailed the NPP administration for putting in place policies to ensure the mining of bauxite at Nyinahin soon to benefit the people, asking “What else do we want?”.

He was speaking at a grand durbar to welcome Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh aka ‘NAPO’, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s running mate to Nyinahin on Tuesday morning.

Nana Boateng Twum II, without mincing words, said the NPP is on the right path so the citizenry should retain them to continue the splendid works that they have started.
