The flagbearer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, has said the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has no framework for policies it had rolled out. He indicated that unlike the NPP, the NDC has a roadmap for the creation of new regions.
The former President made this known while addressing party supporters in the Savannah Region as part of his two-day tour of the region. “I find it disappointing to have a government that only fancy creating opportunities to increase its family and friends size of government without recourse to the development of the country.”
At Mpaha in the Central Gonja District, Mr Mahama expressed worry over government’s failure to continue the Mpaha Community Day School. “This E-Block the government has abandoned to rot could transform education in this area,” he pointed out.
The leader of the NDC did not hide his displeasure over government’s refusal to complete most of the E-Blocks projects. The former President Mahama is expected to make stops in the North East and Oti regions in a six-day Thank You tour.
