The flag bearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Akufo-Addo, has advised Ghanaians, particularly the youth not to allow themselves to be used to cause mayhem by desperate politicians in the impending December polls.
He said this when addressing the congregation of the Church of Pentecost at Mbepow in the Upper West Akyem Constituency of the Eastern Region.
According to him, it is important that the existing peace and tranquility is sustained during and after the general election, which has been predicted by political watchers as a straight contest between the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) and the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
On that score, the NPP presidential candidate called on the masses to seek the favor of God in all things and stressed that righteous life would lead to success.
Nana Addo further called on the congregation to constantly pray for God to grant him and the NPP strength and God's guidance in all activities they engage in.
