It has been revealed that hours before Henry Nana Boakye, National Youth Organizer of the ruling NPP slapped NDC’s Sammy Gyamfi at Asempa FM, his guards had in his presence beaten up the Deputy National Youth Organizer of the NDC, Edem Abgana, MyNewsGh.com has learnt.
The Deputy National Youth Organizer of the opposition National Democratic Congress was given the beatings of his life by the hoodlums stationed at the Legon campus over the Ayawaso Wuogon By-elections as MyNewsGh.com reported.
Breaking his silence the incident, the NDC young man said he was beaten in the presence of Henry Nana Boakye and the boys who beat him up were walking with Nana B.
“I first hand some of the brutalities masterminded by these masked men against innocent citizens. I was personally assaulted by these hoodlums who were moving with the National Youth Organizer of the NPP, NANA B.” He wrote.
He expressed worry about the security situation in Ghana in general.
See his full statement following his beatings:
It has been quite difficult for me to put into words my experience yesterday during the by-election.
The events left me outraged, disappointed and shattered, for I never even in the remotest of possibilities entertained the fears of the Ayawaso West Wuogon constituency degenerating into such levels of chaos.
I first hand some of the brutalities masterminded by these masked men against innocent citizens.
I was personally assaulted by these hoodlums who were moving with the National Youth Organizer of the NPP, NANA B.
