Nana Gyamfi Adwabour adjudged CEO of the Year at Ghana CEOs Awards

The Executive Director of the Centre of National Distance Learning and Open Schooling, Gyamfi Adwabour has been adjudged the Technology and Innovation CEO of the Year 2023 at the just-held Ghana CEOs Awards.

Organisers say they announced him as the topmost CEO in the category of Technology and Innovation based on the dynamic transformational leadership he has demonstrated towards the transformation of online learning in Ghana.

"Mr Nana Gyamfi Adwabour," according to the organisers, "is a visionary leader revolutionizing the distance learning and open schooling landscape in Ghana. With a passion for democratizing access to quality education, he has emerged as a dynamic transformational thought leader, driving innovation and excellence in the industry."

Mr Latif Abubakar, CEO of Globe Production said, "under Mr Adwabour's leadership, CENDLOS has become a beacon of excellence, leveraging technology and public-private partnerships to make education more accessible, inclusive, and effective."
