The National Core Subjects Quiz Seminar 2017 The National Core Subjects Quiz Seminar 2017

The National Core Subjects Quiz (NCSQuiz) Seminar 2017 was organized on Friday 26th May, by Verbal Transformers of PALFoundation Ghana the organizers of the annual National Core Subjects Quiz for Junior High Schools in our beloved country, Ghana.

The seminar was attended by final year students and BECE candidates of schools from Odododiodioo, Ablekuma-South and Ablekuma-West constituencies and schools that participated in the just ended NCSQuiz 2017.

At the seminar, students who contested in the NCSQuiz 2017 shared their experiences, lessons they gathered from the NCSQuiz and how contesting in the NCSQuiz has positively imparted their lives greatly and affected their studies tremendously.

Honorable John Amponay, former Director of Examinations (GES) for Greater Accra was the esteemed speaker on the rules and regulations including changes that has been done by the GES with regards to the BECE the students will be writing and the career prospects of the courses the students intend to study at the Senior High School level.

Honorable Stephen Yao Hamann of NCCE ,officer in-charge of Ablekuma South-West also encouraged the students to desist from examination malpractices rather study hard to become highly esteemed individuals in the society.

After several lectures, certificates were awarded to some of the contestants who were brilliant in the NCSQuiz, this included the three schools who made it to the finals and some distinguished teachers who meritoriously gave their best to success of the quiz.

Over 300 final year students from 9 various Junior High Schools schools in Greater Accra attended the seminar

The NCSQuiz Seminar is an annual platform created by Verbal Transformers of PALFoundation Ghana, to adequately equip BECE candidates and uniquely feed them with the relevant and necessary information they need to know before taking the BECE.
