Nduom Volunteers In Western Region Undergo Training Ahead Of 2012 Elections

PRESS STATEMENT

Members of the Nduom 2012 Campaign Team have begun a nationwide tour to train volunteers who will help to recruit voters for Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom in the upcoming 2012 Presidential Elections. The Team arrived in Tarkoradi the capital of the Western region on Wednesday 26th October 2011 to train volunteers in the region where they stayed for three days to have interactions with the volunteers in the region.

These volunteers are people who have out of their own volition decided to help Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom to become the president of Ghana in 2013. Most of these people had been contacted through facebook fan page of Dr Nduom. Others were also identified and recruited when an earlier exploratory team of Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom toured the nation four months ago.

The Volunteers who enthusiastically embraced the training and its content also made brilliant suggestions on how the campaign can be run more effectively.

In Order to ensure high Capacity for the Youth in CPP for the battle in 2012, the Nduom Campaign team also invited members of Tertiary Education Student Charter (TESCHART) of CPP to also come and be part of this training. This is to help the students who are members of the CPP to also become effective campaigners for the party in 2012.

Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom is much concerned about making sure the CPP becomes a winnable Party in 2012. During the announcement of his bid for the Presidency on the ticket of CPP in Accra, he indicated his intention to lead a CPP government that will ensure a Just and Disciplined Society, Improve the performance of Government and create Jobs for Ghanaians.

Considering his performance in government, his believe in the best policies for Ghana (which is the CPP policies) and his personal accomplishments, there is no doubt that when he is given the nod as president of Ghana, he will perform better than any other contender in the 2012 can do.
