Nduom ignorant of what goes into campaigning - Kofi Adams

Kofi Adams, NDC National Organizer Kofi Adams, NDC National Organizer

National Organizer of the NDC, Kofi Adams says the founder and leader of the Progressive People’s Party ( PPP), Dr. Paa Kwesi Nduom, would not under any circumstances understand President John Dramani Mahama’s evidence-based “State of the Nations Address” because it was not meant for him as an opposition political party soliciting for votes.

This, Kofi Adams says, is also the main reason why he can never be content with whatever the party in power does as he yearns to have that position to himself.

According to him, before the President makes policies for citizens, he takes into consideration how it would affect both the poor and the rich, and that was exactly what John Mahama did with respect to his evidence-based address.

“I am surprised Dr. Paa Kwesi Ndoum is using such words against the President of the state because he did nothing to be talked about when he had the chance to be in cabinet, be the Minister of Energy and also a member of the Public Sector reforms. In fact, the truth is that people can talk much when they are out of government but do nothing when they are in government holding a position,” he told Okay FM morning show host, Kwame Nkrumah Tikesie.

He added that “Anybody who would say the Metro Mass bus branding is a form of a campaigning method the NDC has adopted to promote its flag bearer John Mahama is really the type who lacks understanding of what goes into campaigning.”

“I am saying this because President Dramani Mahama needs no publicity again since he is well-known above that level to the extent that a two- year-old child can even identify him.”

He challenged Dr. Paa Kwesi Ndoum to replace his pictures on the walls of his companies with the ones of his Executive Director if he claims President Mahama is advertising himself by putting his pictures and that of past presidents on state buses.
