Nduom interacts with Oguaa market women and traders

The flagbearer and founder of the Peoples’ Progressive Party, (PPP) Dr Paa Kwesi Nduom has pledged to continue all abandoned uncompleted development projects of the various governments to ensure the development of the nation.

He questioned why projects which are started with the tax payers’ money and are meant for the general wellbeing of the people should be left incomplete by successive governments just because they were initiated by their political opponents.

Dr. Nduom made pledge when he interacted with market women and traders at the Kotokuraba and Kotoka Markets in Cape Coast on Friday during which he pledged to engage in a clean campaign devoid of insults, rancor, verbal abuse, quarrels and mudslinging in the interest of the unity and peace of the country.

He was in the market to formally introduce himself to the leaders of the market, and to share the vision of the Party with them and to encourage all Ghanaians to vote for the Party which has the sun as its logo with the inscription “prosperity in peace”.

Trading activities at the market momentarily came to a standstill as both traders and buyers made time to interact with him and his team including the National Secretary of PPP, Mr Kofi Siaw and Mr Mike Eghan, Madam Mary Ankomah and Francis Tamakloe all leading members of the Party.

Dr Nduom assured the traders and market women that a new market project for Kotokuraba and Kotoka will be rigorously carried out to provide a modern market with all the required facilities like a crèche, bank, clinic and toilets to enable them carry out their activities in dignity and sound environment.

H also promised to pursue prudent policies in the area of health, education, employment and job creation other than engaging in activities that will divide the country and called on all hands to be on deck to help turn the fortunes of the nation round for the better.

Dr Nduom reminded Ghanaians that without peace there could not be any meaningful development and therefore they should vote for the party which has the ultimate objective of promoting nationalism and ensuring the general welfare of the people irrespective of their ethnic or tribal affiliations.

“PPP will be for all Ghanaians and development projects will not be based on tribal or ethnic lines” he declared
