In an interview published Monday by the daily "L'Economiste," President John Agyekum Kufour, who was in Morocco, on a private visit, stressed the importance of the Moroccan-Ghanaian cooperation potential and opportunities

He said several sectors offer many collaboration prospects between the two African countries, especially tourism, agriculture and education. Important efforts have however to be made in the field of air transport, he noted

Morocco's King Mohammed VI received Kufour Tuesday in the royal palace of Tetuan.

The visit to Morocco was mere speculation in the media and political circles until the Arab news website ‘Arabnews.com’ reported the visit.
