Late President John Evans Atta Mills has left unique legacies of peace and humility in leadership that has made him famous globally, Dr. Onsy Nathan Nkrumah, son of Ghana’s first President, on Thursday observed.

Dr. Nkrumah, who was recently accepted as the biological son of the former Head of State by the late Head of State's family, later prayed for the soul of President Mills, to rest in eternal peace.

He said the news of the death of the late President came to him as a shock.

According to him, even though he did not see the mortal remains of his biological father, seeing that of late President Mills had made him felt how fragile human beings were and how short life was.

He also said that even though there were rumors about the President’s ill-health, he thought it was God who determines the life of human beings.

Dr. Nkrumah added that God would help President John Dramani Mahama to continue the good legacy of the late President.
