Following the extensive damage that was caused to properties across some parts of Accra on Tuesday, March 25 night, the management of one of the hardest hit places, the A&C Mall, have reported that no one was injured in the process.
For emphasis, several cars parked at the A&C Mall were affected when the solar panels at the venue collapsed on them following the strong winds and rain,
According to the authorities, they were on site to manage the situation to ensure swift resolution.
They condemned the unforeseen situation, assuring the public of their resolve to proiritise customers' safety, adding that no injuries were recorded at the scene.
In a statement by the mall that provided updates to the public, it said, “We regret to inform you that not too long ago, the solar panel structure in our parking area collapsed due to heavy rain. Thankfully no injuries recorded.”
However, they attributed the incident to adverse weather conditions but assured the public that immediate steps were being taken to address the situation.
