North Hills International school donates to public schools within Madina

North Hills International School has made a special presentation to public schools within the La Nkwantanang – Madina Municipal Assembly through the Municipal Education office.

The school donated books, stationery, provisions, and other educational materials to support the education directorate’s program dubbed “My First Day at School.”

Mrs. Patty Assan – the La Nkwantanang -Madina Municipal Director of Education – received the items on behalf of the education directorate to be distributed to the schools in the municipality. She expressed her appreciation and thanked management of North Hills International School for their support when the education office called on them; and assured them of the efficient utilisation of the donation to improve learning.

According to her, ‘My First Day at School’ is a program organised by the education directorate at the beginning of every academic year.

“This is to welcome KG 1 and Primary 1 pupils as their first day in school. It encourages them in a way to come to school and learn,” Mrs. Assan said.
