Workers of the Omnibus Services Authority (OSA) yesterday locked out their management to back their demand for the dissolution of their Board of Directors and sacking of the management for their insensitivity to the plight of the workers.
They also accused the management of mismanaging the finances of the Authority and looking on unconcerned as its property were being confiscated and encroached upon.
Furthermore, they blamed management for not showing concern for the welfare of the workers in terms of medical care, promotions, salary arrears and payment of tax reliefs.
The workers had resolved to continue the action until the sector Minister, Dr. Richard Anane, intervened meaningfully.
