Ghana midfielder Bernard Morrison says he is not sure if he has disappointed or not disappointed in his first season with Orlando Pirates and wants fans of the club to access his performance for the season.
The former A.S Vita midfielder has had a difficult season with lack of play and other off the field issues but Morrison who was speaking to South African news outlet Soccer Laduma says, with limited play time he can only let fans of the club judge his output.
“I will leave that to the fans to talk about because I can’t tell myself that I’m disappointed or not disappointed. I’ve been doing what I can do and if the chance has not been given, it doesn’t mean I have disappointed. It’s up to the fans whether they will give you the support and trust,” Morrison told Soccer Laduma.
On why he has had limited play time, the pacy winger added the technical team are in a good position to explain.
“I leave that to the technical team, as they know which players they want to be in the set-up. So I don’t know... I can’t tell you what I’ve been doing wrong or doing right. If they think I can help the team, they will put me in the team. If they think someone else will do a better job than me, then that person will be in the team. I will leave that to the technical team to decide,” he added.
