The long-awaited eighty (80) beds capacity of Kasoa CP Polyclinic in Awutu Senya East District of the Central Region has finally been commissioned by the Minister of Special Development and Initiatives Hon. Mavis Hawa Koomson.
Addressing a mammoth crowd was Hon. Mavis Hawa Koomson who doubles as the Member of Parliament for Awutu Senya East Constituency stated that it was her heart desire to bring the Polyclinic to life but there was no health equipment for Doctors and nurses to use.
She said with the help of this NPP government she has been able to provide hospital beds, incubators and other equipment to enable the clinic to start services.
According to her, there were a lot of false allegations circulating on social media that the hospital is fully complete but has been deserted.
Hon. Hawa Koomson stated that the hospital was not completed before the NDC was voted out of power hence wonders why anyone will say it was fully completed but has been abandoned
Hon. Hawa Koomson noted that her Ministry is building a similar ultra-modern 26 hospitals across the country, financed by the 1million cedis per constituency fund.
Kasapa FM News Yaw Boagyan reports that the personalities who graced the commissioning ceremony were the Municipal Chief Executive Hon. Michael Yaw Essumang Mensah and other opinion leaders in the area.
