Trending issues including the arrest of NDC Deputy General Secretary over 'coup comments' he made to register his resistance over majority's approval of the US Military deal in Ghana topped discussions in Saturday's edition of Newsfile on Joynews.

Panelists among other things also touched on whether or not the comments were indeed treasonable and if the right approach to dealing with the subject was what the CID/BNI adopted.

The extension of the controversial Karpower deal from ten to twenty years by government also featured in discussions as panelists scrutinized the new decision by government and its implications for the energy sector of the country.
