The brouhaha over President Nana Akufo-Addo’s plagiarised speech at his investiture does not seem to be dying out any time soon. While many are trolling the President, several others are defensive of him, attributing the act to an oversight.

Well, 'white' teacher and NPP enthusiast Olivier Nana Akua has joined the fray.

Having been in the system for a very long time was better positioned to write a much better speech by himself Nana Akua stated, adding that it was a mere omission.

“ He’s been in the system for so long that I’m sure he’s got plenty knowledge, he could have written his own speech and it probably would have been better but maybe when he read it the night before he didn’t realize that it was plagiarised; I figure”, Nana Akua said

She therefore asked Ghanaians to pardon the President for the error on the part of the speech writer and Communications Director of government.

It will be recalled that prior to the December Elections, a 'white' lady was seen campaigning heartily for the NPP and Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo during the party’s manifesto launch at the Trade Fair in Accra.

The children’s dance teacher referred to former President Mahama as ‘Ahuofe Patri’, adding that Ghanaians vote him out because Mr. Mahama was beautiful but corrupt.

Nana Akua however appealed to Ghanaians to vote for Nana Akufo-Addo because he was incorruptible and loves children.
