Parliament happy with efforts being made on education-MP

Awutu-Beraku, May 13, GNA - Parliament is happy with efforts being made by individuals and organisations in their active involvement in the promotion of basic and higher education in the country.

She commended management and PTA of Youth Faith International School for their hard work and advised pupils of the school to cultivate the spirit of self control, obedient and hard work to enable them come out as responsible citizens, whom the nation could rally around for development.

Mrs. Tetteh-Kpodar particularly cautioned the JSS students who were at the function not to be complacent but rather take their studies very serious to pave the way for them to gain admission into secondary, technical and vocational institutions to secure employable skills, which would make them more useful to society.

Mr Emmanuel K.Sankofi, Chairman of Youth Faith International School's parent/teacher association, on behalf of the management the PTA and children of the school expressed his appreciation to Mrs. Tetteh-Kpodar for extending such laudable and inspiring assistance to the school, and appealed for more of such support from well wishers of the school to ensure early completion of the project.
