Passing of Akosua Busia,

Dear Patriots,

I regret to inform you of the passing of our dear Sister Akosua Busia.
Sister Akosua, a niece of former Prime Minister Busia, was a faithful
comrade, a true patriot, and an active member of the NPP-USA family. Until
recently, when ill-health limited her involvement in party activities, she
was the elected First Vice Chairperson of the Washington,
DC/Virginia/Maryland
Chapter, from 2006 to 2008. Many of us may remember her kind words, and
continual encouragement to be steadfast in our fight for what is right for
Ghana, and our conservative political philosophy.

Sister Akosua will be surely missed for her tireless support, and numerous
personal sacrifices for the Elephant Family, here in the US and in Ghana.
As we mourn Sis. Akosua's passing, let us continue to support the surviving
widower, the children and the rest of the Busia family.

Sister Akosua, May Your Soul Rest in the Arms of Almighty God. "Damirifa
Due".

More information will be shared later. God Bless.

Sincerely,
Bannor, Gen. Sec. NPP-USA
