Pastor warns of terrorist attack in Europe

Accra, Jan. 25, GNA- Apostle Schambach Amaniampong, Head of the Christian Redemption Centre, has called on the European Union to be on the alert against a fatal attack on a member of the Union this year. Apostle Amanianpong, who withheld the name of the country during an interaction with the Ghana News Agency, said Osama Bin Laden, leader of the Al-Qaeda, was masterminding the terrorist attack.

He said God had revealed the attack in a vision, which he said would affect international trade and called on Christians to pray against the plot to save lives and property.

Bin Laden caught international attention when he masterminded the attack of the US on September 11, 2001.

Last week the Al-Qaeda leader warned the world super power of another attack, but offered a truce if it redraws from all Muslims lands, including Iraq.

The US has however down played the threat and renewed its pledge to arrest Bin Laden, whom it had described as an international terrorists hiding at a secret location in Afghanistan, where he directs his terrorist activities.

Apostle Amanianpong said: " Through prayers God thwarted a plot by the devil to cause a Nigerian plane to crash in Ghana, last year," he said.

Apostle Amanianpong also predicted the fatal clash of a Nigerian plane that claimed a number of lives including Ghanaians on an FM station in Accra.
