A Ghanaian police officer is receiving numerous compliments for directing traffic during Thursday's heavy rains.

Unusual of Ghanaian police, the officer whose name is unknown defied all odds to stand in the rain to direct traffic at Madina, a suburb of Accra to ensure law and order on the road as well as prevent accidents.

Photos of him in the rain has since been garnering good comments on social media.
