'Politicians must be decorous in their language'

Founder of the Kristo Asafo Mission of Ghana, Apostle Dr. Kwadwo Safo, has urged politicians and activists of the various political parties to be moderate and decorous in their language to avoid any chaos that may befall the country before, during and after the 2016 general elections.

He also wants the political parties and their followers to learn to tolerate and accommodate the views of their political opponents and conduct their campaigns and political activities in a non-provoking manner.

This, he believes, would help maintain and sustain the peace the country is enjoying, going into the Presidential and Parliamentary elections scheduled for November 7, 2017.

The Leader of the Kristo Asafo Mission made this observation Sunday when addressing participants of the 35th annual technology exhibition in Accra.

The event was under theme ‘Promoting Religion Science and Technology for socioeconomic transformation.’

Apostle Dr. Safo also implored on his colleague men of God and the Clergy in general, to intensify their teachings on the Christian virtues of love, compassion, spirit of brotherliness and tolerance.

“These are cardinal points to consider going into election 2016 in order to sustain the peace this country is enjoying,” he said.
