Speaking in an exclusive interview with Kapital News, Head of Sales and Marketing at the Prabon Greenfields, Yao Van Landerwijk indicated that Prabon is currently raising the bar with a gated community which is stand-alone villas that can boast of a number of unique fittings and facilities in the modern real estate market.

“Living in a community has many benefits, if you are a young family with children it has benefits, if you are a professional family with no children too it has benefits and if you are elderly couple it has even more benefits.

The reason been that there will be other children for your kids to play and interact with. Explaining further, we have a central waste management system with underground sewage that goes to offsite treatment plant, all the house wastes goes into it of which afterwards it’s been filtered and converted to irrigate the parks and gardens.

We have solar panels for all the water heaters in the various bathrooms and kitchens so you are assured of constant hot water and above all the issue of international standard security among others”. He stressed.

He was also quick to add that, a flexible payment plan has been put in place to ensure that every interested person gets a convenient duration to own lifetime homes.

Landerwijk concluding the interview commended the King of the Ashanti Empire, Otumfour Osei Tutu II for the compact partnership agreement with the Israeli investor, Vital Capital Group that gave birth to such an enclave.

Prabon Greenfields was initiated by the Asantehene in partnership with an Israeli investor, Vital Capital Group, to provide a decent and relatively affordable housing facility for first and middle class workers, such as Doctors, Lecturers, Professors, Lawyers, etc.

The facility is found inside the Kumasi city limits, developed especially for families seeking convenience of high-end urban living and country comfort.
