The air was charged with anticipation as leaders, friends, and family gathered at the elegant Liberty House Christian Center (LHCC) to honor a man whose life had become a beacon of hope and transformation. Rev. Luke Barson, Founder and General Overseer of LHCC, stood at the threshold of his golden jubilee—a milestone that transcended mere years and touched countless souls.

A Journey of Devotion

Rev. Barson’s journey had been one of unwavering devotion. From the humble beginnings of Ministry at Full Gospel and now to a church he has founded, LHCC to its global impact today, he has poured heart, soul, and countless sleepless nights into nurturing a generation of young believers. His vision extended far beyond the walls of the church; it reached into the hearts of the disillusioned, the broken, and the lost. Through tireless effort, he had transformed despair into determination, failure into resilience, and darkness into radiant hope.

The All-White Gala: A Celebration of Light

On that memorable Saturday, June 29, His residence shimmered in pristine white—a canvas of celebration. Distinguished guests, ministers, and well-wishers arrived, each carrying their own story of how Rev. Barson’s ministry had touched them. The air buzzed with excitement, for this was more than a birthday—it was a celebration of purpose fulfilled.

A Testament to Faith and Service

As the evening unfolded, speeches echoed with gratitude. “Rev. Luke,” they said, “you’ve been more than a pastor; you’ve been a compass guiding us toward our divine destiny.” “a friend and brother”, “a man who does not envy” and “a man with a good heart”. Well-wishers worldwide had sent warm wishes, their hearts echoing the sentiment: “We celebrate you, grateful for the blessing and example you are to the body of Christ.”

A Heartfelt Speech

Rev. Luke Barson stepped to the podium, his eyes reflecting a lifetime of service. “All I have felt thus far is love and more,” he confessed, his voice trembling with emotion. “The unconditional love shown to me over the years has been my greatest gift. The Lord has blessed me with life—a canvas upon which I’ve painted His love for others.”


His gaze swept the gathering, landing on Pst. Mrs. Evelyn Barson, his partner in faith. “Evelyn,” he said, “you’ve been my rock, my prayer warrior, and my confidante. Together, we’ve led souls to Christ, and we have come this far by faith in the Prophecy about us on the mountains and patience as one of our most cherished virtues. we’ll continue in faith until His second coming.”

A Vision for Tomorrow

Rev. Barson’s vision remained unyielding. “My aim,” he declared, “is to win more souls for the Lord. LHCC will be a lighthouse, illuminating the path to redemption. And as we celebrate today, let’s set benchmarks for the next generation—empowering them to carry the torch.”
