Salvation Grace Chapel launches revival

Prophet Patrick Selorm, General Overseer of Salvation Grace Chapel has called on Ghanaians to refrain from acts which hinder national development. He said Ghanaians would be doing disservice to God if they do not allow the Holy Spirit to take control over their lives.

Prophet Selorm made the call at the launch of Revival of the church at Abokobi, near Madina in the Greater Accra Region on Tuesday.

The eight-day revival which begins on July 21 is on the theme: “Arise and Shine.” It aimed at building the capacity of the participants and also pray for the peace and stability of the nation.

Prophet Selorm said it is only God who could provide the solutions to the problems the country is facing. The General Overseer charged the youth to desist from the get-rich-quick attitude which he said is on the ascendancy.

He urged religious leaders to preach peace and love at all times and eschew the practice of selling the word of God.

Prophet Selorm expressed the hope that the revival would bring a meaningful impact on the society and the nation as a whole.
