The Samira Empowerment Humanitarian Projects (SEHP) teams have commenced the BECE Revision Project in the Eastern and Ashanti Regions. This initiative aims to support Junior High Schools in selected districts by providing essential learning materials to prepare students for their final exams.
As a crucial component of the project, workshops led by WAEC examiners will be conducted. These workshops target core subject teachers, headteachers, circuit supervisors, and district education officers. The focus will be on utilizing study aids effectively, refining lesson notes, and enhancing instructional methodologies and approaches.
Since its inception in 2019, the project has made significant strides, benefitting a total of 1,324 schools across thirty-three districts nationwide. These interventions have resulted in notable improvements in academic outcomes among participating schools.
