Born in Ghana, Ibrahim Sani grew up in Nima, a local slum in the capital city Accra. He attended Caroline Stroman Preparatory School until he gained admission to St Johns High School in Takoradi.
Sani migrated to the United Kingdom in 2004 to join the British Army.
Because of the uncertainty of his life and fate, he took jobs as a cleaner in a supermarket that funded his first-degree education at the University of East London. Sani attained a second class upper degree in Law, Psychology and Criminology. He also has a Masters in Business Administration & Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Leadership from ILM, several courses in International Real Estate investments and property acquisition investments.
After hustling in the UK for a decade, Sani's life took a turn by chance when he came across his mentor. Upon signing up for his course, Sani gained deeper knowledge in strategic purchasing, and many various ways of buying properties. The very word that shook Sani was when he approached Glenn, his mentor one day and asked: “Sir, I have no money and nothing, how do I buy properties?" And Glenn’s answer was “ Money doesn’t matter, you can buy properties with or without money”.
“The very word that gave me the light to move unstoppable was Glenn’s assurance”. Sani said. Sani started applying these principles to acquire properties. Steadily and consistently, he moved into full-time property investments in 2013.
Through Sani Properties and Apartments Ltd, he does business across the globe, some of which include an active island investment in Dubai(Palm Jumeira). His network of properties for serviced apartment business that caters for the business world is spread across America, Dubai, Ghana, Kenya and the UK.
Sani is the CEO for Lusij, an acquisition company that buys and sells companies. He also owns Nucleus Oil, a petroleum company that buys and sells fine petroleum products. His third oil company, Omni oil deals with importation of Boni Light crude from Nigeria. His other diversification includes big scale farming and importation of building accessories to consumer real estate industry.
Sani's perseverance and hard work provide a lesson on integrity and adaptability. He has attained a reputation for remaining true to his internal moral compass and has been able to build a business empire.
