The Savannah Regional Minister who doubles as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Salaga South of the region, Hon. Salifu Adam Braimah has paid a working visit to ten (10) project sites at the Kulaw area of the Constituency on 25th May, 2020 to inspect the commencement and progress of various projects.

The Minister made his first stop at Abrumase where he visited five (5) project sites, namely the dredging of the Abrumase dam, the site for the erection of a network mast, a 3-unit classroom block, the site for the renovation and expansion of Abrumase community centre and the site for the renovation of Kulaw area council located at Abrumase before heading to Jemututo.

At Jemututu, the MP inspected an electrification project that is currently ongoing to ensure poles are mounted and wired for onward connection to the national grid. Again at Jemututu, Hon. Salifu Adam Braimah visited the site of a toilet facility where the contractor has moulded blocks already for the commencement of actual construction of the facility. The MP interacted with the contractor and he was assured that the contract will be duly executed within the allocated time.

From Jemututu, the MP moved to Kijewu Gonja were a transformer was recently mounted as part of the Kulaw electrification project before proceeding to inspect a second network mast site at the same community where the contractor has already conveyed the mast (in pieces) to site and poised to complete the project in due time.

At Kinyangne, Hon. Salifu Adam Braimah visited the site on which another transformer was mounted as part of the Kulaw electrification project to round off his tour of the Kulaw area.

The Minister was accompanied by the MCE for East Gonja, Hon. Mohammed Tamimu, constituency executives led by Chairman Alabi, and the Presiding Member for East Gonja.
