German Bundes Liga side Schalke will be waiting until January to sign Ghana defender Baba Abdul Rahman.
Schalke manager Christian Heidel stated a week ago that the club is still interested in an extension of the loan of Abdul Rahman Baba.
Meanwhile, the defender from Ghana will stay for the time at his club, Chelsea FC, to fully recover his knee injury at the highly developed Cobham Training Center.
FC Schalke, however, had decided to wait until January before they could possibly start a new start to borrow the player.
The 23-year-old suffered a complex cruciate ligament rupture with the accompanying indoor and outdoor meniscus at the Africa Cup.
