The Adjabeng District Court on Wednesday granted a GH¢50,000.00 bail with one surety each to Charles Nii Armah Mensah alias “Shatta Wale” and Livingstone Etse Satekla popularly known as “Stonebwoy,” for offensive conduct conducive to the breach of peace.
In addition, the two were ordered by the Court to be of good behaviour pending the final determination of the case.
They both pleaded not guilty to the charge in the court presided over by Mr Isaac Addo.
They are to make their next appearance on June 20.
The court ordered the prosecution to furnished the defence counsel with all the documents they intend to rely on for the trial.
The camp of Stoneboy and Shatta Wale clashed on stage last Saturday, May 18, during just ended Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) awards night when Stonebwoy was announced as the overall winner for the Reggae/Dancehall Artiste of the Year category.
In the midst of the tension, Stoneboy pulled out a gun, an action he has explained in a press statement as self-defence.
