Bolgatanga, Dec. 24, GNA - Six people died on the spot while many others sustained injuries when a Bawku bound passenger truck hit a tree on the Bolgatanga- Nangodi road.
The cause of the accident is not known, but according to the Police the driver of the vehicle, whose name was not immediately known and a teacher at Garu, near Bawku who was identified as Edward Abugbilla were among the dead.
Police Inspector R.M.
