The 16-year-old boy who was allegedly sodomised five times by a Senior Medical Doctor is gravely ill and could not make it to the daily Court hearing on Friday November 28, 2014.
STARR FM’s Court Correspondent who has been following the case, Wilberforce Asare, said the student, who looked “frail” the previous days, has been taken to the hospital for treatment.
The Gender violence-based Court in Accra is hearing the case in which the young teenager has accused the Effia Kwesiminstim hospital Medical Officer of infecting him with HIV as a result of the alleged serial sodomy.
According to the boy, Ali-Gabass sodomised him on different occasions in his car and also at his residence.
Dr Sulley Ali-Gabass has, however, denied the accusations. The Hospital suspended Ali-Gabass when the story broke.
